Arctic Young Professionals is an internal organization for our young employees who have recently joined our company.

In Arctic Young Professionals we give our younger employees the chance to share experiences, socialize and find inspiration together; easing the transition from student life to fulltime work in finance. Arctic Young Professionals meets at least every two months to discuss relevant issues and socialize out of office.
