The combined transaction include consolidation and acquisition of SBB i Norden ABs Citizen portfolio, Røynebergsletta, Søebergkvartalet, Offentlige Bygg Namsos, HGF Invest as well as ~33.6% of the shares in Offentlig Eiendom. The transaction comprises 31 properties which are primarily let to public tenants (~90%) with a combined value of NOK 4 735 million of which PPI’s share of the gross asset values are NOK 2 935 million
