Private Placement of USD 15 million in Western Bulk Chartering AS and listing on Euronext Growth Oslo
The net proceeds from the Primary Offering will be used for growth, scale on investments made and to strengthen the balance sheet to implement fixed dividend policy as well as for general corporate purposes.
The Private Placement attracted strong interest from high-quality institutional and private investors and was significantly oversubscribed.
