Private Placement of NOK 205.5m in Desert Control AS
Desert Control turns desert sand into fertile soil and the proceeds from the transaction will be used to fund the capital requirements in the current business plan, build the organization, accelerate the development of pipeline and opportunities, as well as general corporate purposes. The first trading day on Euronext growth Oslo is expected to be on or about April 14th 2021.
