Private Placement in Self Storage Group ASA of NOK 300 million
Arctic Securities acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement in Self Storage Group ASA with a total transaction size of NOK 300 million.
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to continue to grow the Company’s freehold self storage footprint in its existing target markets.
