PetroNor E&P Private Placement of 340m
Arctic acted as Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement of NOK 340 million in new shares in PetroNor E&P Limited.
The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to finance drilling of infill wells and other increased oil recovery initiatives on PNGF Sud and general corporate purposes, as well as to issue the consideration shares for the Symero Transaction.
