Offentlig Bygg Askøy Invest houses Helse Bergen HF (a part of Haukeland Universitetssykehus) on a 17 year long lease. The property is ~3 200 sqm, was built in 1977/2017 and is located on Askøy outside Bergen. Arctic Business Management will manage the property as well as the companies in the corporate structure.
