Arctic acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement in Lytix Biopharma AS and subsequent listing on Euronext Growth Oslo with a total transaction size of NOK 225 million.
The first day of trading on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be on or about 14 June 2021.
