Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. completes acquisition of Ocean Yield ASA.
Arctic Securities acted as M&A Advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (“KKR”) in relation to the acquisition of Ocean Yield ASA (“OCY”). As part of the process, KKR completed a successful public voluntary offer implying a market capitalization of OCY of approximately NOK 7,100 million (USD 833 million). Arctic also acted as Joint Lead Manager for the amendment process of OCY’s three listed bonds.
