Ice Group NOK 1,400m senior secured bond issue
Arctic Securities acted as joint lead manager in the NOK 1,400m bond issue for Ice Group ASA’s subsidiary Ice Group Scandinavia Holdings AS. The transaction was a refinancing of the company’s outstanding senior secured bond, and was very well received in the market.
