Hynion AS Private Placement of 60m
Hynion is an experienced hydrogen station operator with proprietary hydrogen station technology and three hydrogen stations at present.
The proceeds from the transaction will be used to fund the capital requirements in the Hynion’s current business plan, build the organization, accelerate the development of pipeline and opportunities, as well as general corporate purposes. The first trading day on Euronext growth Oslo is expected to be on or about April 12th 2021.
