Golden Ocean Private Placement of 338m
Arctic Securities acted as Joint Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement in Golden Ocean Group Limited with a total transaction size of USD 338 million. The proceeds from the transaction will be used for the acquisition of 18x dry bulk vessels consisting of 10x Newcastlemax built 2019-21 and 8x Kamsarmaxes built 2020-21 from affiliates of Hemen, in addition to working capital and general corporate purposes.
