Flyr AS Private Placement of NOK 600m and Euronext Growth listing
Arctic acted as Joint Lead Manager in relation to the Private Placement in Flyr and subsequent listing on Euronext Growth Oslo, with a total transaction size of NOK 600 million. Flyr is a new player in the Norwegian airline industry, scheduled for first take-off during the summer of 2021.
