Copperstone - directed share issue of approx. SEK 96m
Arctic Securities acted as financial advisor in relation to the directed share issue of approx. SEK 96m for the Swedish listed copper mining company Copperstone Resources AB (publ). The gross proceeds will be used to accelerate environmental studies, continued evaluation of potential values in tailings and waste rock facilities and examination of the current condition of underground infrastructure.
