Buy-side advisor to RPC in the aquisition of a 171MW onshore wind project portfolio in Finland
The Arctic team is delighted to announce that our client Renewable Power Capital, a pan-European renewable energy investment platform, backed by Canadian Pension Plan Investments, has successfully acquired Project Magna for EUR 245m. The 171MW large onshore wind project portfolio in Finland was sold by OX2 and the 31 GE 158 5.5MW turbines will be operational in c. 2 years’ time.
Arctic acted as sole buy-side advisor to RPC and has been retained to explore refinancing options.
