Arctic Securities acted as financial adviser to Bank Norwegian ASA in relation to the acquisition by Nordax Bank AB. The transaction was completed @ NOK 105.00 per share, implying a total value of Bank Norwegian of about NOK 19.6 billion, making it one of the largest Norwegian public-to-private acquisitions on Oslo Stock Exchange.
