Arctic acted as sole manager in the NOK 726 million private placement in connection with the real estate project of NOK 2 250 million, Telegrafen Invest AS. The transaction attracted substantial investor interest from clients of Arctic Capital and is among the largest project finance equity placements ever done in the Norwegian market as well as being the all-time 6th largest office transaction. Arctic Business Management will manage the property as well as the companies in the corporate structure.
