Arctic Securities has assisted Norwegian Property ASA with its new NOK 3,542m bond issue. Being the largest NOK bond issued by a Norwegian AS ever, this is a landmark transaction for NPRO funding its acquisition of the Telenor Headquarter located outside Oslo, Norway.
