Meltwater - NOK 3,480m - Private Placement & Euronext Growth Oslo listing

Arctic acted as Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement in Meltwater B.V. and subsequent listing on Euronext Growth Oslo with a total transaction size of NOK 3,480 million. The Private Placement, which attracted strong interest from Norwegian, Nordic and international high-quality institutional investors, was substantially oversubscribed. First day of trading on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to take place 3 December 2020. The proceeds from the transaction will be used to strengthen the Company’s organic and inorganic revenue growth capabilities, and in part be used to repay outstanding debt and cash settlement of certain vested options and buy-back of certain employee-held stocks.
