M Vest Energy AS - acquisition of 5% interest in the Polarled gas pipeline - Bond issue
M Vest Energy AS has made a major step on the Nordic Continental Shelf by acquiring a 5% interest in the Polarled pipeline from CapeOmega. Getting access to the infrastructure will provide stable cash flows for years to come and be a strong foundation for future growth. Arctic acted as financial adviser to M Vest Energy and arranger for the fully underwritten bond financing.
