Kistefos - NOK 1,000 million - bond issue
On Friday 28th of August, Kistefos AS closed a new unsecured bond issue, following strong demand from existing holders and new investors. With a significantly oversubscribed book Kistefos repurchased parts of the outstanding bonds and raised new liquidity for general corporate purposes. We thank Kistefos for the vote of confidence, and congratulate with the successful bond issue.
