Fjord1 - NOK 360 million - Acquisition of shares
Arctic Securities acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the acquisition of 8,000,000 million shares in Fjord1. The transaction was carried out as a tendering process at a fixed price of NOK 45 per share following close of trading on 10 February 2020. The total transaction volume corresponded to NOK 360 million and 8.0% of the share capital in the company.
