Color Group AS - NOK 500 million - subordinated perpetual hybrid bond
Color Group today issued a new subordinated perpetual hybrid bond issue in the Nordic market. While a repeat issuer of senior unsecured bonds, this was the first time Color Group issued a hybrid instrument. The deal attracted attention from a large range of blue-chip institutional and private investors. Arctic Securities thank Color Group for the vote of confidence, and congratulates with the successful transaction.
