Airthings AS - NOK 864m - Private Placement
Arctic acted as Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement in Airthings AS and subsequent listing on Merkur Market, with a total transaction size of NOK 864 million. The Private Placement attracted strong interest from Norwegian, Nordic and international high-quality institutional investors and was significantly oversubscribed. The first day of trading on Merkur Market is expected to be on or about 30 October 2020. We are grateful for the vote of confidence and congratulate on the successful transaction.
