Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA - NOK 2,996 million - Rights Issue
Through the rights issue, the company will receive gross proceeds of approx. NOK 2,996 million, which will increase the company’s financial flexibility and create headroom to the covenants of its outstanding bonds. The rights issue was more than two times covered and 98.8% of the offer shares were subscribed for and allocated through the exercise of subscription rights.
