Cxense ASA - NOK 90 million - Rights Issue
Through the rights issue, the company will receive gross proceeds of approx. NOK 90 million, which will be used to support the continued expansion of the business with sufficient working capital and growth capital. The rights received strong interest and was oversubscribed by 37%.
