Arctic acted as Joint Lead Manager in relation to the secondary sale of 738,787 equity certificates by Sparebankstiftelsen Jevnaker Lunner Nittedal in SpareBank 1 Ringerike Hadeland. The transaction took place through an accelerated bookbuilding process after close of markets on 24 May 2018.
