SpareBank 1 BV - Sale of Equity Capital Certificates - NOK 195 million
Arctic acted as Joint Lead Manager in relation to the secondary sale of 6,000,000 equity certificates in SpareBank 1 BV. In the transaction Sparebankstiftelsen BV and Sparebankstiftelsen Nøtterøy-Tønsberg each sold 3,000,000 equity capital certificated, thereby reducing their shareholding to 24.8% and 17.3%, respectively. The transaction took place through an accelerated bookbuilding process after close of markets on 5 June 2018.
