Ocean Yield ASA - Private Placement of 11,000,000 new shares
Arctic Securities acted as Joint Lead Manager and Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement of 11,000,000 new shares in Ocean Yield ASA. The Company raised gross proceeds of NOK 759 million, which will be used to finance investments in additional vessels. Aker Capital AS (the largest shareholder in Ocean Yield) had pre-subscribed for 5,500,000 new shares but was, due to strong demand, allocated zero new shares in order to give priority to other investors and improve the overall free float in the share
