MPC Container Ships ASA - Private Placement - USD 50 million
Arctic acted as Co-Manager in relation to the Private Placement of 7,250,000 new shares in MPC Container Ships ASA, raising gross proceeds of approximately USD 50 million (NOK 391.5 million). The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to pursue future investments in container vessels and general corporate purposes. The transaction took place after close of markets on 12 June 2018.
