Magseis ASA - Private Placement - USD 150 million

Arctic Securities acted as Joint global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in relation to the Private Placement of 73,923,304 new shares in Magseis ASA. Through the Private Placement, Magseis raised gross proceeds of approximately USD 150 million (NOK 1,253 million), which will be used to fund the acquisition of Fairfield Geotechnologies' Seismic Technologies business together with 100% of the shares of Fairfield International Limited, being the parent company for the WGP group in the UK.
