Kongsberg Gruppen - Rights Issue - NOK 4,997 million

Arctic acted as Joint Global Coordinator in relation to the underwritten rights issue of 59,990,065 new shares in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA. Through the rights issue, the company will receive gross proceeds of approx. NOK 4,997 million, which will be used to finance the acquisition and integration of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine. The rights issue was oversubscribed by 25.7% and 99.2% of the offer shares were subscribed for and allocated through the exercise of subscription rights.
