Arctic Securities acted as joint-lead placement agent and bookrunner in connection with the Private Placement of NOK 187.5 million (USD 24 million) in BerGenBio ASA. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement to fund the
ongoing clinical development of pipeline candidates, strengthen working capital and general corporate purposes. The transaction was primarily directed towards sophisticated institutional investors in the United States specialising in the biotechnology sector.
