Christian Bartz-Johannessen
Arctic Asia Shipping Pte Ltd
Bartz-Johannessen has more than 23 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He worked with RS Platou AS Group for about 20 years - in the Offshore Department in Oslo and transferred to Singapore where he is responsible for R.S. Platou (Asia) Pte Ltd from 2000 to 2017. Thereafter, he worked for Seatankers Singapore as a company representative for 2 years. Bartz-Johannessen holds a Master’s Degree in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Erik Helseth
Helseth has more than 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He worked with RS Platou AS Group for about 15-20 years – in the Offshore Department in Oslo and was later transferred to R.S. Platou (Asia) Pte Ltd in Singapore from 2008 to 2017. He joined Pacific Ocean Partners/Arctic Asia Shipping Pte Ltd in January 2020. Helseth graduated from Alesund Maritime School in 1998. He is a Master Mariner.

Jana Sing Tan
Jana brings over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having started his career in August 2014 as a trainee shipbroker with RS Platou Asia Pte Ltd.
Following the company's merger and acquisition later that year, he was transitioned to Clarksons Singapore. Over the course of his career, Jana has developed a strong presence and knowledge in the Asia chartering markets.
Jana was awarded the prestigious Maritime One scholarship by the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF), which enabled him to pursue his degree studies at University of Plymouth, United Kingdom.
He graduated with First Class Honours in Maritime Business and Logistics.
