E energija group - sale of 100% of the shares in L-Vėjas
Arctic Securities acted as financial advisor to E energija group in relation to the sale of 100% of the shares in L-Vėjas, a 69 MW operating onshore windfarm in Lithuania to Encavis AG.
The windfarm, built in partnership with GE Energy Financial Services, started construction in 2020 and is the first subsidy-free wind farm in Lithuania.
