Alexander Ringvold


With more than 30 years of experience from the insurance industry working for large and global brokers the opportunity came across to establish a specialized broker for clients that require customized solution. To create teams with high skills and passion to provide individual solutions to each client has been an important goal for Arctic Insurance. In a rapid changing world, the need and demand for a specialized broker has become more and more important and we are therefore very satisfied that we have an increasing number of large and complex clients. Our business model is to be partnering up with clients and insurance providers to define predictability and long-term trustworthy solutions.

I have worked with pension and personnel insurance schemes since 1992. My experience ranges from sales to leadership roles in various insurance companies and brokerage firms. My main focus is working with the customer to optimize their insurance programs. I find this work exciting and very motivating. The aim is to place the insurance solutions chosen by the customer, and verify that it is appreciated by their employees, rigged for the future of the business and priced correctly.

Liv joined Arctic Insurance in 2019. She has more than 15 years of experience from the insurance industry, both from insurance brokerage and working in an insurance company. She became authorized as an Insurance Broker by BI Norwegian Business School in 2018, and her knowledge and experience includes several lines of insurance. Within Arctic Insurance, her primary role is brokerage within the Employee Benefit segment and International. She is dedicated to help the clients to optimize their insurance programs to fit their needs.

Gine Tenden

Gine Zachariassen Tenden


I joined Arctic Insurance in 2019. I have worked within the insurance sector for more than 20 years, most of the time as a broker, but also as a property underwriter and risk engineer. Through my work over the years, I have gained extensive knowledge and understanding of various industrial segments and their respective property risk. I hold a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Liability & Financial Lines

I have more than 25 years of experience from the insurance industry including being an attorney dealing with liability insurance claims. I have a profound understanding of how risk can be assessed and mitigated. Advice on liability insurance products, such as Financial Lines, has been a main responsibility since my start as an insurance broker in 2008, and is part of my work at Arctic Insurance.

Frederik Fossum farge

Frederik Fossum


Having joined Arctic Insurance in August 2022, I bring over 20 years of extensive experience from the insurance industry, including working with various large insurance companies and brokers, with a particular specialization in financial insurance products, such as Cyber, D&O, and Crime. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, majoring in Business Administration from Umeå University in Sweden. Prior to joining Arctic Insurance, I was responsible for the Norwegian Cyber portfolio at a major insurance broker.

I joined Arctic Insurance AS in the beginning of January 2022 after having worked in the insurance market for more than 20 years. I first started in the insurance industry in 1998. The first 5 years was with an Insurance Agency and the last 18 years with a major Insurance Broker, whereof 3 years in London. During these years I have worked within various market segments, from small/mid-market to large industrial and international clients. I have gained knowledge and experience within several lines of insurance. In 2003 I was authorized as an Insurance Advisor, and in 2004 as an Insurance Broker by BI Norwegian Business School.

I started working for Arctic Insurance in 2020 after working as a project manager for a Scandinavian insurance company. I have gained valuable cross-industry experience overseeing the development of innovative insurance solutions, negotiating strategic partnerships and leading the commercialization of new products and services. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in applied macroeconomics, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.

I joined Arctic Insurance in October 2019 and I have worked with insurance & pension since 1987. I started working as a broker in 1999. My main responsibilities are:
Pension: Public, Defined, Contribution, AFP – Contractual Pension, Top Hat
Personal Insurance: incl.Travel. Expat, K/R and Sick leave


Nora Krokan


Nora joined Arctic Insurance in April 2023, after working for Nasdaq with futures and forward contracts in the power market. Before that she worked with pension for The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. Her interests in mathematics and science combined with a background from finance and sales will be beneficial for the work with insurance advisory at Arctic. She holds a degree in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Jeanette Klausen

Jeanette Klausen

jeanette joined Arctic Insurance in May 2023 after more than 25 years in the insurance market. In 2001 she started her first position as an Insurance Broker, being involved in various market segments such as small/mid-market, large industrial as well as international. Having been authorized as an Insurance Broker by BI Norwegian Business School in 2006, her knowledge and experience includes several lines of insurance. Within Arctic Insurance, her primary role entails overseeing a portfolio of clients within the small- and midmarket sector. She is responsible for ensuring the implementation of each clients required insurance coverage and the seamless functioning of operations.

Kristina Lindhardt

Kristina Lindhardt

Kristina joined Arctic in 2023 as a part-time job alongside her studies. She's taking a bachelor’s degree in finance at BI . Her work tasks in Arctic reflect her interest in numbers and systematics, and she will assist the brokers with administrative tasks such as gathering information, invoicing and bookkeeping.
