Arctic is experiencing strong activity and growth within the real estate sector and is looking to further strengthen its Real Estate Analyst team in Stockholm.

We are seeking an ambitious and analytical individual with a genuine interest in company analysis, financial markets and the real estate sector. Previous experience as an equity or credit analyst is not required. The most important qualities are curiosity, commitment and a strong motivation to build a long-term career in research.

Your role

As a Real Estate Analyst, you will work closely with experienced analysts covering listed real estate companies and real estate-related credits. Your responsibilities will include:

· Analysing companies, markets, financial statements and capital structures

· Building and maintaining financial models and valuation analyses

· Preparing company updates, research reports and sector analyses

· Following company developments, financial markets and relevant macroeconomic trends

· Participating in meetings with company management teams, investors and other market participants

· Supporting equity and credit transactions, including IPOs, bond issuances and other capital markets activities

· Presenting and communicating investment ideas and conclusions clearly, both internally and externally

The role offers the opportunity to develop broad experience across both equity and credit analysis, while gradually taking on increased responsibility for companies and research output.

Your qualifications

We believe you may be a good fit if you:

· Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience

· Hold a degree in finance, economics, engineering or a similar field

· Have a genuine interest in company analysis, financial markets and real estate

· Are ambitious, curious and highly motivated to develop within equity and credit research

· Have strong analytical and numerical skills

· Are comfortable working with Excel and financial models

· Communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, in writing and verbally

· Are structured, detail-oriented and able to work independently

· Take responsibility for your work and consistently strive to deliver high-quality output
