Investment Banking Internship Stockholm – Off-Cycle, Spring 2027
Arctic Securities is seeking interns for an off-cycle internship within the Investment Banking department in Stockholm during Spring 2027. The internship offers hands-on exposure to live transactions across DCM, M&A, and ECM.
The internship runs between January and June 2027, with flexible start and end dates.
Role and responsibilities
As an intern at Arctic Securities, you will be part of the Investment Banking execution team and work closely with experienced professionals across product areas. You will contribute to ongoing transaction processes, primarily within DCM and M&A, while gaining broader exposure to the full Investment Banking platform.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation of transaction documentation, including investor presentations, information memoranda, and supporting materials
- Performing financial analysis and modelling in Excel, including valuation work, capital structure analysis, and scenario assessments
- Conducting company, industry, and peer group research to support live mandates and origination efforts
- Supporting the preparation of client pitch materials and internal presentations
- Participating in internal project meetings and selected client interactions
Through these assignments, you will gain practical insight into the execution of investment banking transactions and develop a strong foundation in corporate finance and capital markets.
Candidate profile
We are looking for highly motivated students or recent graduates who:
- Have strong academic credentials and an analytical mindset
- Demonstrate a clear interest in investment banking and capital markets
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Are fluent in both Swedish and English
Prior experience from finance or related fields is an advantage, but not a requirement.
