Market Analyst / Senior Analyst - Offshore Research
Join Arctic’s offshore brokering team – lead our market research efforts.
We are experiencing steady growth within Offshore Brokering and are looking to further strengthen our market leading research product. We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated team member with an uncompromising commitment to teamwork, quality, and integrity to support and add value to our brokering team by heading up and coordinating our market research activities.
Your Role
- Establish yourself as a leading industry expert within the offshore support vessel (OSV) segments
- Develop and maintain comprehensive research material across global offshore vessel markets to support our brokerage operations
- Provide tailor-made analysis and research reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Arctic’s Credit and Equity Research teams to ensure a holistic market perspective
- Represent Arctic Offshore at conferences, corporate events, and industry gatherings — including giving presentations and market updates
Qualifications
- Solid academic background
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record from market research, credit or equity research, or related roles in banking, consulting, or industry
- A genuine passion for shipping and offshore industries
- Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
- We value a commercial and result-oriented personality and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (basic Norwegian skills required)
