Full time graduate positions within Investment Banking

Arctic offers exciting and interesting opportunities within Investment Banking. You will follow a development program, and you will get to know different teams, products (M&A, ECM, DCM), and sectors, before deciding your long-term focus.

You will work with highly skilled and positive colleagues and be exposed to a wide range of challenges related to corporate transactions covering amongst other M&A transactions, such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and capital raises, such as IPOs, equity and bond issuances. Our flat organizational structure gives you significant responsibility from day one.

The positions are available for graduates completing their degree in 2024. You should have a relevant academic background with strong academic records and a curious and analytical mindset. Further, you need to be motivated to learn. No prior experience is required. Fluency in a Nordic language is a prerequisite.
