Arctic acted as Sole Bookrunner and Manager in relation to the Private Placement of 47,619,048 new shares in ADS Maritime Holding Plc. The transaction was launched as a fully guaranteed private placement with a fixed price offering before opening of markets on 21 July 2022 and was closed at 16:30 CEST 22 July 2022.
