Erlend joined Arctic Real Estate Development as partner in August 2018. He has approx. 20 years of experience from real estate, and has development/value-add real estate experience mainly from the real estate company perspective. Erlends previous work experience include Entra ASA (Head of Investments, 2012-2018), IT Fornebu Properties AS & Maud Eiendom ASA (2010-2012), SEB Enskilda (Associate Director, Corp fin, Real Estate, 2005-2010), Alfred Berg Industrifinans (Investment Analyst Real Estate, 2004-2005) and PwC (Senior Associate, 1997-2002). He holds an MSc in Business & Economics (Siviløkonom) from Handelshøyskolen BI (1997) in Oslo and a Master of Finance from Macquarie University (2003), Sydney, Australia.
Atle Jordbræk
Investment Analyst
Atle Jordbræk joined Arctic Real Estate Development as an Investment Analyst in 2020. Atle holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the BI Norwegian Business School (2017), a Master’s in Finance and Investment Management from University of Aberdeen (2019) and a master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad Catolica Portuguesa/Cornell University (2020). He has working experience from the Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce, Entra ASA, and companies in Azerbaijan and China.

Martin Mæland
Mæland holds a cand.oecon from 1977 in mathematics and information technology from the University of Oslo. From 1983 to 2015 he served as Chief Executive at OBOS BBL. Mæland has been a member of numerous boards and committees, and is currently Chairman of Veidekke ASA, Brimar AS and Fjellhamar Bruk Eiendom AS and Board member of Arctic Securities AS and Ticon Eiendom AS.
Mona C. Bugge
Mona holds a BSc in General Business & Economics (1982) and MBA Finance (1984) from the United States and has more than 30 years of investment banking experience of which the last 18 years within the field of Corporate Finance Real Estate. From 2007 she has been heading the real estate team in Arctic Securities – Corporate Finance covering strategic and financial advisory in a wide range of transactions including M&A and ECM advisory as well as debt restructurings.
