In Arctic you will work with exciting and interesting tasks within Corporate Finance or Research (Equity or Credit), and you will follow a defined development program relevant to your skills, talent and interests. In Corporate Finance you will get exposure to different teams, products (M&A, ECM, DCM), and sectors, before deciding your long-term focus, while in Research you will be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities covering, among other things, company and market research and analysis, valuation and credit assessments, and interaction with clients and companies. We want to make sure that you develop the skills and tools you need to exploit your potential.
You will work in teams with highly skilled and positive colleagues with close follow-up to facilitate your development. Our non-hierarchic organisational structure enables large responsibility at early stages.
We are searching for talented, committed, curious and solution-oriented persons with an ambition to learn, develop and perform in an energetic, intellectually rewarding, and inclusive environment.
The positions are relevant for graduates completing their degree in 2023. You should have a relevant academic background with strong academic records and a curious and analytical mindset. Further, you need to be motivated to learn about capital markets and finance related topics. No prior experience is required. Fluency in Norwegian is a prerequisite.
You are welcome to submit your application through our online platform until 26 August 2022, and you should include a CV (include relevant recommendations) and grade transcripts from higher education and high school. Applications will be assessed on an ongoing basis, and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
